Welcome to Healthworks Fitness Studio. We are an independent health and fitness club located in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Established since 1994 we have helped over 5000 members of all ages and abilities achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether it is weight loss, toning, mobility or preparing for a charity challenge or active holiday we specialise in introducing beginners and re-starters to regular exercise.We know that beginning an exercise routine can be daunting which is why we spend as muchone-to-one time with you until you are confident and knowledgeable about performing your exercises.
You won't find this in any other local gym. For those that have been training for a while or need a more challenging exercise routine we have a wealth of knowledge between experienced instructors. Healthworks benefits from no joining fee or lengthy contracts and with a monitored membership we avoid overcrowding. There is also ample, free parking.We also have a therapy suite offering a hair salon, chiropody, physiotherapy, sports massage and a nail salon. These are all available to non-members.
