We are a well established independent gym with a smaller membership and personal training services. With no overcrowding you can enjoy the space without feeling any pressure and there is always an experienced trainer on site to help and offer advice. here is the edit
Our approach to fitness is straightforward and supportive.
There’s a focus on training and regular visits to get where you want to be , we know that making changes takes commitment and effort – we’ll be with you all the way.
Unlike most gyms we take the time to include a number of sessions with a trainer to take you through and clearly explain an exercise routine. There are on-going updates once you are settled and begin to improve. This is all part of your membership.

We also know the reality of daily commitments and the challenges they bring to regular exercise sessions.
If you’ve been working out for a while, have an active hobby or sport we can suggest exercises to enhance your enjoyment and performance. Regular exercisers also benefit from technique and progression work to get the most from your exercises.
We make the time in the gym count and create the ‘you’ time needed. We’re good at what we do so all we ask is you trust us and come ready to put the work in.
