Training at healthworks is delivered by Jason and Onkar. It’s fair to say we’ve a considerable amount of well earned experience between us. We train all ages and experience but focus on over 40’s health and fitness.

Most importantly though we have a realistic approach and attitude to getting you started or improving in the gym.

We don’t dress it up, there are no frills or fads – we listen, then deliver.
