Lockdown 2.0

As we approach what we all generally believe to be an inevitable lockdown thoughts turn to how we can maintain our health and fitness without the gym. It was a cautious start when we first reopened in July but since then we have seen increasing usage as workouts become part of your routine again. You have all put in a huge amount of effort so during the next four weeks get outside for a walk, bike ride or run and maybe try a home workout. Rest assured we’ll be back ready at the beginning of December.
