Lockdown 3.0

Good morning,

So we’ve moved to a national lockdown with a rather open-ended time scale for our lives to potentially return to some degree of normality. We are surrounded by if’s, maybe’s, perhaps’ and uncertainty but keeping a form of exercise going on a regular basis will go a long way to keep you physically and headspace healthy! Commit to as little as a 15 minute session doing a home workout, a walk, jog or bike ride….it will make the difference.

We understand that this is a difficult time and your support since last March has been phenomenal. Whatever situation we are in our standing order membership is flexible and you are in control of your monthly subscription. We would also like to apologise for the last email displaying addresses. This was a mistake on our part and certainly not intentional.

We can look forward to warmer weather coming, using the outdoor space and once again enjoying our gym sessions and the great atmosphere you all help create.
