The Wolf Run – Sunday 7th September

What a day!

Sunshine, loads of mud and no serious injuries made the second of Healthworks entry into the Wolf Run a great event for us all. The 10K course proved to be a testing ground for our fitness and the obstacles were taken with vengeance (well almost all…some with a little trepidation!) but we all finished with smiles and a HUGE amount of satisfaction. The Wolf Run…done.
