Mike Grisenthwaite, a Healthworks member who founded and runs ‘Cyclists Fighting Cancer’ charity has been training hard for the World Transplant Games in Argentina but has his eyes firmly fixed on the British Transplant Games this July in NewcastleGateshead as part of his preparation and personal challenge. Over winter we have focused on gaining strength in his legs, back and core for his cycling. Now the days are getting longer Mike’s training will change a little and with more cycling we will also focus on power using the indoor Wattbike arriving this week.
