Well done to Healthworks regular Lyndsey Devereux who competed for her first time in the Miami Pro Fitness Model category (over 35’s) and placed 3rd. A great result after the commitment to training and dieting for months. Lyndsey wanted to give it a go as a personal challenge after training regularly in the gym for years to see what shape she could achieve. She went in with the attitude of enjoying the experience and came out with a podium finish! No doubt she’ll be motivated in the gym now but……….after a rest and some indulgent treats.
Great result Lyndsey, all that hard work paid off.
