Congratulations to Sam one of Healthworks own trainers who recently competed in his first regional powerlifting competition in the 82.5Kg junior category. He now qualifies for the British Championships in March and hopes to improve his previous lifts. There are three main disciplines in the competition: Deadlift, Bench Press and Squat in which Sam lifted 200Kg, 97.Kg and 160Kg respectively. No doubt Sam will apply his respected dedication and design his training routine to achieve new personal bests.
