Healthworks has entered ‘Team Wolfworks’ into the forthcoming Wolf Run on Sunday 7th September. There’s been plenty of fitness training in Stratford on Avon countryside in preparation and time spent in the club getting stronger! Hopefully the weather will be kind to make the water swims bearable. Hill sessions over the local Welcombe Hills seems to be the best training so far.
